Our in-house team takes great pride in handling every stage of the project. From the initial design, to the framework and exterior envelope, everything is carried out by the expert hands of our professionals.

This “turnkey” approach allows us to control every detail, ensure consistent quality and deliver a result true to our vision.

Milestones in the project

Our project is following a rigorous schedule, while respecting the highest industry standards. Here are the main stages already completed or in progress:

• Temporary waterproofing: The first essential step was to ensure immediate protection of the construction: temporary waterproofing was therefore installed to effectively protect the areas under construction against water infiltration and bad weather. This measure ensures that the entire site remains dry and safe for the duration of the work, pending installation of the permanent membranes and coatings.

• Solid wood structure: We chose solid wood for the construction of the structure, a more ecological and sustainable material than steel or concrete. In addition to reducing the project’s carbon footprint, wood offers excellent thermal performance and longevity. This choice is in line with our desire to build responsibly, giving priority to sustainable, environmentally-friendly solutions.

• Setting up the structure: An expansion always starts with a solid foundation. We erected a sturdy framework designed to support the new sections of the building over the long term.

• Installation of the Tyvek envelope: This high-performance membrane protects the entire construction from the elements and provides an excellent seal, while awaiting exterior cladding.

• Modernization of facades and exterior fittings: The exterior design will be carefully harmonized with the existing building, to preserve visual unity while reflecting the image of our company: professional, meticulous and resolutely up-to-date. Each element will be installed with the attention to detail for which we have always been renowned.
