- Credibility and competences(number of years in business, permits and mandatory licenses, professional affiliations, complaint verification, etc.)
- Solvency(verification of the “financial health” of the company)
- Conformity(registration at the Registre des entreprises du Québec, quotations, contracts and invoices, tax numbers, liability insurance)
- Reputation of the company (survey by an external firm of the company’s clients, including the quality of work performed and customer service, courtesy of staff and call backs)
