To get an accurate picture of the situation and be effective in the design process, it is important to visit the premises. For the first meeting, we meet our clients at their property. We then propose a sketch of the project, an estimate of the costs and the contractual documentation.
The process
1st step : Defining your needs, your requirements and your budget.
For your project to resemble you, you must first establish your needs and requirements. At this stage, our role is to listen to your requests and make sure they are technically achievable and at what cost. If the cost of the work goes beyond your budget, we can suggest changes that will match your needs and your budget.
Constructions Max Larocque has completed more than 1500 projects. We put our experience at the service of our customers to offer solutions that meet their requirements.
2nd step : Plans and specifications
After agreeing on the sketch and the budget, our designer prepares the plans and specifications. This documentation is required to apply for a permit from the municipality.
With these documents, our clients can apply for permits themselves or let Constructions Max Larocque take care of the procedures with the municipal services.
3rd step: Design and product choices
While waiting for permits, our design team welcomes you to our showroom to choose your finishing materials. We have selected a wide selection of products, samples and catalogs, from many manufacturers here and elsewhere, which will save you from losing valuable time visiting various suppliers.
Whether it is ceramics, faucets, quartz countertops, woodwork, stairs or flooring, you will find everything in one place and we will quickly confirm the availability of your choices.
After the selection of the products, we update the plans and specifications according to your choice, allowing us to set the final price and to enter the production stage as quickly as possible.
4th step: Production
Once the municipality issues the permit, we are able to start the project quickly. Before starting a project, we establish with our customers a production schedule and the billing sequence. This sequence is usually 15% at the signature, 10% at the end of the work and the rest is distributed throughout few significant steps depending on the work. Payments are made by installments according to the progress of the work.
To ensure quality work,
Constructions Max Larocque always proceeds to a double verification of the works. First, an experienced carpenter is responsible for the entire project from start to finish. This ensures excellent communication between the various collaborators, a respect of the plans and specifications, and a respect for the requirements of our customers (non-smoking house, small details, animals, etc …).
Secondly, our general manager visits the construction site every day and does an inspection of the work done. This second level of monitoring allows you to have the right resource at the right time, to predict in advance the end result and to adjust the work as needed according to the requests of our customers. After several years of experience, we know that double checking reduces the possibility of errors as well as after-sales service calls. It ensures above all the satisfaction of our customers.
A permanent cleanliness
A clean and orderly construction site is a guarantee of safety and efficiency. Thanks to our trailers, we ensure a permanent cleanliness of our building sites and the materials are delivered just before their use to not clutter the places. At the end of the work, our maintenance team takes care of the complete cleaning of the premises to make the last traces of the works disappear.
A professional team At your service
During production, changes to initial plans are sometimes required. Thanks to our internal designer and plan services, we are able to make adjustments quickly so that production workers have up-to-date plans at all times.
