The APCHQ Guarantee Renovation is the protection plan most widely recognized by financial institutions, the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), the Society d’habitation du Quebec (SHQ) and consumers in general.
This protection offers customers of accredited contractors: In the event of the company’s inability to start work: reimbursement of the deposit up to $25,000.00 (maximum 25% of the contract amount); In the event of the company’s inability to complete work: completion of the work stipulated in the contract up to $25,000.00 (maximum 25% of the contract amount). - repair of existing defects reported in writing at the time of acceptance of work.

- the correction of hidden defects affecting the solidity or stability of the building for a period of five (5) years following the date of acceptance of the work;
In the event of a dispute between the company and its customers: a conciliation and arbitration service.
